Oil purification (Everclean) units

The Everclean Unit is designed to be on a fixed production facility where the area is classified zone 2 gas group IIB and the temperature classification is T3.
The Everclean Unit is designed for operation with hydraulic oil such as Shell Tellus T15.

The Everclean Unit purifies 0.5ltrs/min of oil removing both impurities and moisture. This particular unit is a duel pump system which is placed at a distance from the source of the unpurified fluid.
The system has built in logic which controls the suction and delivery pump.
The control panel has three trip states, high high, low low and high pressure, each sending a fault signal to the onshore control facility.

The unit is of a 316L stainless steel construction designed and tested in accordance with LOLER specifications.
The unit has an integral drip tray along with drain connection.
The major sub-components contained within the unit are:
• 2 off x Pump motor Sets
• 1 off x In line Oil Heater
• 1 off x Puradyn Filtration Unit
• 1 off x Zone 2 Motor Control Unit (MCU)
• 1 off x 32.5ltr Reservoir
• 1 off x Magnetic Level Gauge controlled with 5 off Exd Reed Switches
• 1 off x Pressure Switch

There are two electrically driven hydraulic pumps controlled from the MCU. This controls both fluid suction and delivery on the unit. The control signal for which derives from the five reed switches positioned on the magnetic level gauge.
